San Francisco is a city in a wild state of - dare I say it - transition. What was once in fashion or an absolute given is now either dissipating fast or already gone. If there’s one thing I get about this city is the pulse. The direction, tone. The beat.
To be in the know, here’s your quick and dirty guide to what is in and what is out. Times are changing in Bagdad by the Bay.
Of course this is only the beginning. What are your in and out additions? Send them in the comments or email me at info@ericasandberg.com.

That seems more like two wish lists rather than two fact lists.
I somehow landed on a YouTube video the other day of S.F. Rec & Park having a lovefest party for their annual employee awards at held at the Harding Park Club House. The Mayor was there, and
I could swear if you closed your eyes, you could think it V.P. Kamala Harris talking.
Dir. Phil Ginsberg was so happy - why wouldn't he be with his salary.
S.F. parks are one of the City's shining stars. Many are not particularly well cared for. Big money dominates decisions - like the installation of the big lit up Ferris Wheel, the artificial soccer turf, and the Outside Lands take over of the Polo Fields.
Why not run a list of priority fixes?
