Terry.

Say it like it is.

In my opinion: junk addiction is incurable - in most cases. I have a SFSU degree, many years military, SFPD 7 yrs, SFFD 18 yrs, 3x fire commissioner in two jurisdictions, taught classes at Synanon for my SFSU degree. Plenty of experience & education. The closest thing to a cure was to round them up in one place, cold turkey, keep them busy & under constant observation. Feeding pigeons has one result. More pigeons. Same with junkies. Enabling & encouraging junkies with more drugs has only one result. Death.

The 700 dead are only the ones not saved by NARCAN which only stopped the thousands saved from death..

Obviously, politicians have no clue or are in on it. Sociologists & MD’s have their own agenda.

We seem to have run out of space to sock junkies away since Australia closed some time ago.

As long as we have the likes of Matt Haney, this problem will never be solved.

That’s cold & hard but the truth from my experience & from what many junkies told me.
